If you elect to upload design later, you will receive an email from Sticker Engine within 10 minutes of placing your order with step-by-step instructions for uploading your artwork in our design studio.

Once design artwork is submitted, you will receive a proof within 8 hours of your order. We will not begin production on your order until all proofs are approved. Proofs approved by 5 PM EST will be printed and shipped the next business day.

When the order has been packaged and shipped, you will see a confirmation of your order and a video to watch your item being package to ensure there is no discrepancy along the way. You will then be able to track your order from our facility to your doorstep. Our packages typically take 2-5 business days with standard delivery. If you need it sooner, please select our expedited delivery options before finalizing order.

NOTE

Once your package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands if the order makes it to you. However, we taken every precauction to ensure that it does. Every package we send has tracking enabled so you can follow the shipping provider delivering the package, and coordinate with them if they fail to deliver.
